Nats Hutch Sets New IPA Strikeout Record
40-year-old Howard Hutch of the Ozarka Naturals made smithereens of the IPA season strikeout record with 353 Ks this year, breaking the old record easily. His teammate Benny Osterman fanned 336 in 2020. This was the seventh time in his career Hutch has topped the 300 mark. For the season Hutch was 19-16 with a 3.69 ERA.
