A big speed bump for me in this game is the dialog box that pops up when a player is out of options and has to clear waivers before being sent down. You have to click the OK button, then go to the player again and re-navigate to the Waive and Designate for Assignment item in the menu. It would be aces if the original dialog box that popped up just added a "Do you want to do this?" message and had two buttons "Yes, Waive and Designate for Assignment" or "No".
