Steve "Lefty" Carlton with the Phillies, San Francisco Giants, and Cleveland Indians. Giants image is a good replacement for pitchers pack, and there is no image of Carlton in the Pitchers Pack with the Tribe. It is hard to look back on Carlton's vagabond post-Philly career, but for the sake of completeness....
