I put in a support ticket for an admittedly less urgent issue than yours last Wednesday and have heard nothing either aside from the supposedly soothing automated response. My issue is a gamebreaker for me. Yours? You can't really answer that if you can't get into the darn game.
I don't know if everybody's taking a collective time out at the completion of the development cycle or what, but it is
not like this company to neglect its customers or let support tickets slide. The support centre is manned by dedicated volunteers who don't get enough recognition for all the hard, unpaid effort that they put into attempting to help people who are having issues with the game. All that being said, this is inexcusable. Please accept this bumping of your thread as a humble contribution from an OOTP outsider who, much like yourself, is just looking for some answers so he can get to...you know...play the game.
