historical wins too high

I am wondering if it is a known issue where historical players out there have found - as I have in several recent test runs - that the best teams often win in excess of 105 games (often well over 110), and starting pitchers with 25+ wins are common (three 20+ pitchers on a good team is not at all uncommon)... And, if so, if there is a correlation between the two... and if there are known settings/tweaks that will help correct these.

I have found these results with Development both on (but talent change randomness very low) and off, and with using either the in-game historical database or Spritze/Gambo... I always use Neutralized Stats and 3-yr Recalc, with Real-Life Transaction on. Injuries are set to Normal/OOTP Classic, and I forget what Fatigue is set to, but it's not at one extreme or the other.

Thanks in advance.
