Denver has been a solid team the past few years but is at a crossroads, is it time to attempt to re-tool and stay competitive or is a full blown re-build in order?

Birmingham, a team that dominated the 90s and early 2000s has fallen on hard times the past 3-5 years and is in the process of a rebuild. Some of the parts are in place, and they were expected to be competitive last year but had a very disappointing season.
