Well I just checked my MLB2011 league (using latest roster that came with the game) and it shows 42 players in the "Cleared Waivers" status with Seattle having the most at 5. Date: September 16, 2011
To me this isn't acceptable, specially if it was caused by a patch in OOTP12.
