While adding this excellent image to my collection (thanks rrb77) I discovered that this photo is an improvement to the John S Wilson (1927) in the Face-pack as well as a picture perfect improvement to the John N Wilson (1913) image.
Since the new photo clearly has Red Sox on the jersey, it would seem safe to assume that the image is in fact John S Wilson. Left to right is John N Wilson (1913) from the facepack, John Wilson from rrb77's post, and John S Wilson (1927)from the facepack.
