As a baseball historian, I primarily reside in the first group, occasionally dipping into the second group (the skill of our resident colorizers has me experimenting in this second group much more often than I had previously considered). These, however, are simply my personal preferences.
There is room here for all of the above mentioned groups, as well as any others I have inadvertently missed. Every contribution is appreciated and I encourage everyone to participate, whatever your particular interests may be.

I agree completely. My reason for posting the comment was directed only at the post quoted. I do not wish for a person to take their time to alter an image simply to satisfy the UIN list and perhaps be surprised that is was not used. The UIN was specifically mentioned in the post so I was just letting them know altered images would not be used for that purpose. No other reason for the post other than that one.
