two questions

1) If you are running a historical league with all of the various settings geared towards as-realistic-as-possible results (recalc on, development off, positions/roles based upon reality, etc.), is there any point to having Spring Training, other than for the pure thrill - if you're into that - of it? Does it increase the chance of injuries?

2) With historical players, if you decide to have one level of minors (one team per major league team) instead of reserve rosters, does it matter what level (AAA, AA, A, etc.) of minors you assign your single minor league? After all, it's just a bunch of reserve-level players playing against each other. Without either player creation or the AI needing to evaluate and move players between levels, would the level itself make any difference?

OK, that's four questions... Thanks in advance...
