I posted this is another forum, but still looking for an answer... maybe it's a bug?
"And in a related point - not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but I am using a 15" MacBook Pro, with a screen reso of 1680x 1050, and have set the window size to the same, and I have it set for windowed, not full screen, and I have lost the title bar at the top of the window, with no way to minimize the game (or simply grab and slide the window about, which is very helpful when multitasking!) Any Ideas?"

RESOLVED: logos must be 150x150 or they are not used - mine was 158x158
