Superstars Selected For IPA All-Star Game
The stars will be bursting forth this Wednesday afternoon at Harbor Stadium in Blue Lake, which will host the 31st edition of the Islandian Pro Alliance All-Star classic. The Tycobbian Stars hold a decided edge in the series with 20 victories in 30 games, but Ruthlandia has taken four of the last six clashes. Last year's Pro Cup-winning manager Rick Hilliard of Blue Lake will be at the helm of the TU All-Stars, while Valmara's Jet Kazmarek will handle the RU All-Stars.
The Ruthlandian Stars will be led by Russ Woodward, who has been selected 8 times to the elite squad. Loco Dillinger will be appearing in the classic for the 6th time, and Ivan Guzek, Derek Roman and Leevi Viri for the 4th time. Heading up the Tycobbian Stars will be Crash Davis. The Ginza star made the club for the 14th time. Errol Gaudet was picked for the 8th year, Dennis Hartwig for the 5th time, and Frank Blair, Jody Gentry, Lynn Starr, Jan Kessinger, Travis Tuttle and Lorne Evans for the 4th time in their careers.
