I'm going to have to log this as a bug. This is my first version of OOTP so I'm not sure if it was like this in the past, but this just doesn't seem right to me.

I don't use the fantasy league draft option.

I've now tried to set up a historical season using the regular DB that comes with the game. I'm still seeing every minor league player starting out with "angry" as their morale.

Next step I'm going to try is starting the league with morale turned off. Play a couple of days, then turn it on. Not sure what else to do without having to edit a bunch of players.

What about adding a "clear all morale status" button in the options somewhere? Might need two of them? One for the regular and one for salary?

Could I send a zip file of my league to a programmer to clear out the morale status? I'm sure there is an easier way than going thru each player within the game.
