Amateur draft rounds during the season, (1 round per sim during the season) so everything doesn't come to a grinding halt on June 15, forcing GMs to make a list of 100's of players nested within ANDs and ORs. Or, more likely, use the out of game 3rd party utilities requiring GMs to make picks during inconvenient times.
