The Star Ratings are showing contradictions everywhere. In the screenshots below you will see a mild example of this (look at the potential ratings in the profile view vs. potential ratings in the scouting report view). They're different (3 stars vs 2 1/2 stars).

There are plenty more examples of this everywhere. Its not just with the scouting reports, but also sometimes when I'm in the trade screen, the star ratings change after going back to them. One time they're 3 stars, next thing you know after cycling through other screens then back, they change to something else. And I'm talking about the same scout and date reported (so it's not like its an entirely new report). Somehow they just change.

This is happening to BOTH the overall ratings and potential ratings stars AND this also applies to the numeric overall and potential ratings as well (20-80 system):

As you can see, it also effects the overall/current rating, NOT just potential rating.

Something is broken with how the stars are displayed (both overall rating and potential rating stars). They change all the time and its not an updated report, its the SAME scout and SAME date.

It is not only occurring in these screens (Profile and Scouting Report views). It also occurs in other views where these ratings just dynamically change from different views, different times accessing the views (including the initiate trade screen). There isn't any consistency. One minute you think you saw a 3 star rating, if you access it a few minutes later after going through some other screens, it'll change again.
