What I am about to explain I have been able to properly do in OOTP 11 and OOTP 12. It was my first year using OOTP 13 in this league that I carried over that this happened and was again reproduced the next year.
I have my draft at 8 rounds or so. 16 team league. I always do the first ten selections of the first round and then I auto complete the draft.
Only problem is now the last two years doing this aftr I hit auto draft after making the first 10 picks, the computer dumped everyone into free agency immediately after I exited the draft and only the 10 picks I did counted.
