Oh yeah, one more minor bug that's new to OOTP 13. Pitchers are throwing too many pitches per simmed game. It's not egregious enough to lower pitcher's stamina in the settings -- and if you do that then they throw way too few -- but each pitcher is throwing 10 pitches more per game than you'd expect.
(i.e. 60-70 stamina guys are throwing 110 pitches each game, when you'd expect 100. 100 stamina guys are throwing 130 pitches per game, when you expect 120)
It's not a problem with the engine, as they're getting tired exactly when you expect them to when playing out the games. The AI just isn't removing starters when they're tired. They wait until they're exhausted every time. Even when games are blowouts.
