I just took a player (a 1/2 star SP I think he was) off the DL list and put him on my 40 man roster - next thing I know, I was informed one of my SPs (a 4.5 star) was being claimed by several teams from the waivers list...and I didn't put him on there - so I assume the AI moved him off the active roster to make way for the guy coming off the DL....and I couldn't take the guy off because he was irrevocable.

Now I know a little about baseball, but very little about the rules, so I've left alot of roster stuff up to the AI - and I definitely did not put this guy on the irrevocable waivers.

I'm a bit pissed that the AI has lost me (that player has been sbapped up wouldn't you believe?) a 4.5 star SP to make way for a 1/2 star SP!

Do I have to be very careful when it comes to the draft? And am I best to make a place in the active roster myself when taking someone off the DL?
