If you have a bunch of angry guys on your team, is it best to just let them stay angry or better to release/ship them out in a trade? I have a bunch of guys down in the minors who feel they are ready for a bench role on my team but I have no spots from them in the active 25.

I guess how much does morale affect game play, development and all that jazz? What is the best way to deal with it?
