FA's still sign out of league when I have that FA's can not leave my league.
My main league which is set to 1974 financials and strategy while i have MLB 2004. FA's from my league will ask for $20 million dollar contracts which no team in my league can afford, so they become FA and MLB or one of my other leagues that can afford high priced stars will sign them. MLB is unchecked for FA's can leave or enter, while my other league and soon to be another custom league has that players can not leave but can accept players from other leagues.
