Not in the standard menu reports, no. However, if you go to your Roster page and change the View to Batting Stats 2 or Pitching Stats 2, you see VORP and WAR side-by-side.
EDIT: VORP and WAR are also available together in your team history year page. Go to your team history, click a season or click batter or pitcher register and then click a season, and this is what you will see (the columns are sortable):
