Lenny only played for the Yanks in that weird last two months of the 1979 season, when the Bombers and their fans (and even some of their haters, ahem) were in a state of shock over Thurman Munson's death.
He seems happy to be back in the big leagues, though:

cupofcoffee, when you are posting a reply, if you click on the paper clip above the text box, it brings up the "Manage Attachments" window, which lets you upload up to five images per post. After you have uploaded the image(s), click on the downward triangle next to the paperclip and a list of your images will appear. Click on any of those named to insert it at your cursor's location.
