This jumped out to me. Some people say that the MVP should be chosen from teams that make the playoffs. So to be consistent a weaker division and complete choke job by the Harrelson Hawks oops White Sox allowing the Tigers to back into the playoffs should weaken Cabrera's case for MVP.
