BLA (La Liga del Caribe) is focusing on the southern USA afterall. The league has been so instrumental in bring equal rights to minorities that special attention had to paid to the cultural history of the Southeast.

Maybe it was an independent League that got bought out. I'd gotta figure it out and how to get some of these teams in the League of the Americas.
