At least, I think it's him. (Being cautious, given that it's from 102 years ago.) The Mears listing calls him "Charles French", the uniform is in fact what the Sox wore from 1903-1911 (well, the 1907 team had a "World Champions" sleeve patch, but still), and the face seems to match the ragged profile shot of the 1909 Red Sox picture in the Batters Pack. But still…
