very well explained, thanks...even though its not exactly what i was hoping to hear.
our league uses scouts, and all these players were 'discovered' playing in far off lands by my scout.
does anyone know 100% for sure what the deal is? we just don't know...but i'm inclined to think that SandMan is correct. i wonder if i can win with 21 actual major leaguers on my 25-man...
