Outstanding Hitter
NL – Clyde Kelley (Charlotte) - .342, 8 HR, 25 RBI, 16 R
AL – Stanley Davis (Indianapolis)- .346, 8 HR, 23 RBI, 22 R, .432 OBP

Outstanding Pitcher
NL – Bob Farmer (Dallas) 5-0, 2.80 ERA in 6 starts
AL – Juan Esparza (Indianapolis) 5-0, 1.54 ERA in 6 starts

Outstanding Rookie
NL – Jorge Montoya (Mesa) - .301, 5 HR, 20 RBI, 18 R
AL – Matt Moore (PHI) - .278, 10 HR, 25 H, 24 RBI –
Moore has been both a Rookie of the month and a player of the month. This is the same Matt Moore that we waived and designated for assignment in April of this year, obviously not a great move in hindsight.
