Whenever I receive a trade proposal from the AI I click on respond to message in order to decline like I would in OOTP but I usually only have the option to "discuss trade again". I only had the accept trade and reject trade options once I believe. The other 7 or 8 trades I received I didn't have the option of declining (or accepting) them.
