Crash when playing as Sheffield Steelers (EIHL). Not enough players dressed on game day, tried to play the game and game crashed.

Is there something I can do if this happens again?

Edit: Had a similar problem again. Nothing to do with dressed players, 'missing line up spaces' this time.
