Looking through the Mets system, nitpicking,
Rafael Montero's velocity could get boosted (currently at 89-90, really 91-93) but his fb is rated high so no problem.
Domingo Tapia velocity should be raised. He usually throws 95-98 and hits 100. Also he throws 2-seamer/sinker around 93-95 and that's the worm killer.
Gavin Cecchini is also a fringy SS but IRL he is someone who is almost guaranteed to be a SS in the MLB, if he makes it.
Matt Den Dekker's avoid k rate should be dropped as well. When gets called up, he has a strong chance of k'ing in 30% of his PA.

These are minor differences and this is far and away an great release. great job.
