Typical time commitment?

How much time does the average online league require of its GMs? Is it too hard to generalize, or is there a common pattern? Do most leagues expect one to remain in the league for years of real time? Is a typical schedule something like "set your weekly roster every day" or "set your roster every other day"? Does the typical submission revolve mostly around submitting a roster, or does one spend a lot of time working on financials, trades, player development, minor league moves, etc.?

I have played online games of other sorts before (play-by-email wargames, MMOs, etc.), so I'm accustomed to committing time to online gaming. I'm just wondering how big a chunk of time an online OOTP game requires. Thanks in advance.
