I wasn't sure that I would like the Player Development Report, but I am loving it. I feel more involved in the development of my players, even if I do not actively assist in their development (by that, I let the AI handle promotions/demotions).
One suggestion I do have, for smaller resolutions, please, please allow us to scroll through in-game e-mails. I am finding that the player information box is sometimes overlapping text.
Other than that, this game is top-notch (duh - it always is).
