We can't fix those things ourselves, but we can enter them in the bug-reporting system. So I'll do that now, and hopefully Andreas or Markus can fix these issues soon. They also affect MLB-style fictional leagues, so they affect a lot of people, and some of those errors are pretty annoying - I especially hate how Colorado and Colorado Springs use the same team abbreviation! Thanks for the detailed list.
