Check your manager options. On the right, there's a set of options for who controls what. Should be one for lineups/rotation or something like that. Make sure it's not set to your manager, and if it is change it to yourself. You can still have him set an initial lineup (Actions>ask for lineup/depth chart), then you can tweak it. It'll stay that way until you ask him again.
