I pretty much do it exactly like catcherjul does.. sim most of the games, leave things in the hands of my managers, and hope that the AI is good when it comes to minor league transactions. It would take me years to play a whole season if I watched/managed every game, so I just watch games here and there. Now if my team makes the playoffs, its a bit of a different ball game
