That's certainly a possibility. Although we'd need two termination clauses for each NIHL-1 player - one for the EPL and one for the EIHL.

Glad to hear it!
Hopefully once the devs have sorted out the basics and the bugs, we'll see a more realistic transfer system in a future version in the months/years to come.
