Yankees, White Sox Agree to Deal
Monday, May 26th, 1958
In a move that has left many fans wondering, the New York Yankees have traded 25-year-old catcher Sammy Taylor to the Chicago White Sox. In return, the Yankees receive 25-year-old starting pitcher Billy O'Dell.

For the year O'Dell has a 4-0 record with a 1.97 ERA in 8 starts.
