Given the moves I made and the extension that I filed there shouldn’t be as much activity this month. Items on the agenda:

- Announcing award winners
- Sign a bench coach and fill remaining coaching vacancies
- Salary Arbitration – Nishikawa will be the big one
- Rule 5 draft
- Look and review the free agent pool, with the primary focus on relievers

Signed Pitching Coach Fred Ladd to be the Bench Coach for the Mallards, my first choice was looking for a longer term and more money than the manager.
