As mentioned, the 2013 QS is your best bet. Optional, but also useful, is the All-in-One 2013 mod which will bring your uniforms, logos and such up to date.
There might or might not be other rosters out there (I haven't made it my study), but I will say OOTP hasn't suffered the dire need BM did in past versions of needing modders to supplement the default rosters. The 2013 QS is solid - though it is only through Opening Day I believe, so anything that's happened this year won't be reflected.
