Thanks for the response. But if that's the case, why haven't any of the other teams drafted goalies yet? 15 picks made so far, only 1 goalie taken.

Even if it is the design intent that you must draft goalies first -- and that would be completely ludicrous IMO, but set that aside for now -- then there is still a bug here in that the other teams didn't take them. Surely the drafting rules should at least be consistent for AI teams and human teams.
