I do not know of a Rigby/Expos photo. He was with the Royals for spring training 2000 and with the Astros the next spring. Getty Images does not have a photo of him with Montreal, which was my best hope for finding one.
The Pegasus UIN list only covers players who debuted between 1922 and 1990. Players debuting between 1991 and 2003 fall into a sort of gray area, with 1991-97 coverage especially spotty. One of these days I'll get around to updating his list with the missing pre-22 and post-90 player/team combinations, but it is not high on my priority list right now.
