Now a look into the upcoming offseason decisions for the Rockies, some major ones to decided as they have a number of players eligible for arbitration all expected to be in the millions. As well they also have OF Carlos Gonzalez who is free agency eligible and comes with a high price tag but is a Colorado favorite. The Rockies did make one extension signing during the playoffs as they signed 31 year old utility infielder Jordan Pacheco to a 3 year extension worth $1,000,000 per year which is a steal for the Rockies, Pacheco can play 1B, 3B, 2B, and Catcher and has average 90-100 games played in each year while owning a career .300 average making him a great bench player.
