The Boston Milita and Reese Ball came to an agreement on a 3 year contract extension. The extension will pay the 32yo Ball $4,000 per season over its life. Ball is currently hitting .266 with a home run and 13 RBIs for Boston after having returned from recently from a strained oblique.

The is talk coming out of Sioux Falls that the Cowboys may be looking to trade disgruntled catcher Carl Whaley. The 34yo Whaley has voiced his displeasure about riding the pine and is making waves about being traded. For the season, Whaley is hitting .150 with an RBI in limited at bats.

The Buffalo Ironclads have been shopping 38yo Right fielder Loren Moore recently. When asked about it Moore stated he had no comment. For the season Moore is hitting .200 with no home runs or RBIs, and has only had 5 plate appearances on the year.
