Huge Signing in the LOU
The level of excitement in St. Louis was high as a deal was announced officially today between St. Louis and highly sought International Free Agent Ercole "Long Haul" Semitocolo. The Venezuelan national was highly regarded by many baseball experts after his impressive youtube video's showed what an outstanding physical specimen he really is. Semitocolo led the Venezuelan National team in all offensive category during the World Baseball Classic this offseason and apparently that was enough for the GM of the St. Crusader's to pony up big money. Ercole will make 10.9 million over the next 5 years and will be expected to put up amazing numbers at the plate and on the basepaths as he is touted as the fastest Venezuelan on the planet. The Cru's Front office is rumored to still be looking to add pieces this offseason and may not be done in FA.
