Not exactly applicable because he's wearing a
1969 sleeve patch, but the Reds still wore this uniform style in
1971. They last wore pinstripes in
1967. The photo you have is most likely from spring training 1968.
If you're looking for a modern uniform reference (1900-) you can't do much better than the Hall of Fame's
Dressed to the Nines.
