Various College Feeder Leagues
Various High School Feeder Leagues
That is the "base" that I desire ... to which I want to add :
3-4 Professional leagues in North America
Say, 3 in the USA (NE, Midwest and West Coast) and one in Canada
I plan on setting the minimum salaries and max (super star) salaries for these leagues that even the highest salary would be below the FLB minimum salary. I plan to use a reserve roster system for these teams rather than a minor league system for each.
So my question is, how do these "lesser" professional leagues get stocked?
A) Draft? If I enable a draft for these leagues, is it a seperate pool of players from the FLB league? Or do they all draw from the same Feeder leagues?
B) No Draft. If there is no draft, do these lesser leagues get the oppurtunity to sign any undrafted/unsigned players from FLB? Or do they get a completetly seperate pool of Free Agents to sign from?
I'm trying to find a solution that does not create too many players and that the Feeder leagues are the predominant means for the FLB and 3-4 lesser professional leagues to stock their rosters.

A) Separate pool. Each league has its own draft.
B) Yes. All leagues share free agents, unless you check the option to not allow free agents from another league or to leave the league.
