As have been said, you're best bet is to dl the 2013 all in one mod.
Here's step by step instructions.
1.Start ootp 14 and on the bottom of the opening screen in the middle, click Add-ons Central.
2. In that popup, select the 2013 all-in-one mod and click the download button next to it
3. Once it downloads, the download button will change to Install. Click it to install the mod automatically to their proper folders.
Now if you have already started a game before you install the 2013 all in one mod, and you want to keep it. Do the following.
To get the real logos to show, the easiest method is to go to your saved games's news\html\images\team_logos and league_logos folders and delete everything that doesn't have default in the name. (Best to make a copy of those 2 folders before you delete just in case).
For your pics, go to your saved games's news\html\images\person_pictures and profile_pictures folders and delete everything that doesn't have default in the name. (Best to make a copy of those 2 folders before you delete just in case).
Restart OOTP and you're correct logos and pics will be created automatically.
If you're starting a completely new game you don't need to delete anything. OOTP will find what it needs and auto create it for you.
The all in one mod also has all the ML ballparks and .prk files as well. To install these simply go to any team's setup page. You get to that by clicking the Team Menu and under Advanced, click Team Setup. On that page on the bottom right, click Edit Ballpark. On that page click the import/export button on the bottom right and select Auto import all ballparks. In that popup, navigate to your Ballparks folder and click Select (everything is greyed out and that's normal). If all goes well, you should get a confirmation showing that around 30 of so many ballparks successfully completed or something similar. Now when you play a game you should see that teams home ballpark.
Note: you can only auto install ballpark pics if they have their associated .prk file with them. If not, then you have to manually import the ballpark pics.
Hope this helps and if you have problems, let us know. Good luck and enjoy!
