All you need to copy between the computers is your .lg folder. Standard directory on Windows is Documents > Out of the Park Developments > OOTP Baseball 14 > saved_games (not sure what the Mac directory is; if you have a Mac, someone else can tell you). Move whichever .lg folder you want to play back and forth in the same location on either computer, and you'll be able to load up the game on either one.

You could also set up both instances of OOTP to save to a flash drive if you wanted, but if you're just playing one league between both, all you need to copy over is your .lg folder.
