Historic Mode 1.3.13:

The contract of player "D.Sutter" ran out at the end of the previous season.
On July 1st I offered a contract to the player.
On July 2nd I offer the rights to this player in a trade to another team.
While still mulling over the offer I complete the trade that sends the player to another team.
Although he has joined the other team, my contract offer to the player is still active.
I removed the offer instantly and cannot tell if the player would have accpted the offer.
Also I cannot tell what would have happened if he accepted offer.

The solution would be just to remove all offers to players which rights are traded.
