CF Jamie Holcomb (.000) tied the game in the top of the ninth with a sacrifice fly and RF Tokuji Taro (.250) won it with an RBI single... both clubs cracked 10 hits each... 2B Joe Alderman (.333) led San Dimas with a three-run clout.

Ronnie Schroeder (1-0) was the winning hurler... he went all the way, allowed 10 hits and four runs, while Seth Dawson (0-1) blew the save and suffered the loss in relief of starter Toby White... White pitched eight innings and departed with a 4-4 score... he gave up four runs on eight hits, walked nobody and fanned five.

'CANES EVEN SERIES, BLOW BY HAWKS 7-6
Hard-hitting Cape Coral slammed North Hills vaunted pitching staff around for 14 hits in a stirring comeback 7-6 victory in 10 innings... the Hurricanes trailed 6-5 going into the last of the tenth, but got a two-run walk-off single by Rikky Van Dalen to even the series at one game each...
